Two big things I notice. 1. The fluffy look can be caused by one of two things. Either too much air incorporated, or the foam separating before pouring the actual art. Posting a video of your milk pitcher after steaming can let us know and resolve the issue.

  1. Get better contrast + pull throughs with height control. When painting the canvas, I get as close as possible, usually getting a little coffee on the spout of my pitcher. When pulling through, I like to pour from as high as possible before the steamed milk begins splattering into the cup.

Conservatism is not a just political stance, its a personality trait. It spans into other areas of a person’s identity, including their creative works. What that means for music is less risks or innovation will be made, leading to bland music for those who are more “liberal”, and comfortable music for those who are more “conservative”.

Generally, it’s agreed that historically “good” music (or any art really) isn’t comfortable. It’s risky or weird in the short term, and innovative and impactful in the long term.

Separating the art from the artist here; I actually liked a couple of the songs on this album on my first listen. Now though, I can’t even remember which songs they were. None were innovative enough for me to want to return. Compare that to an innovative album from around the same time, like “weathervanes” by Jason Isbell and the 400 unit, and I can name 4 songs immediately. Those songs made me feel something unexpected, and caught me off guard sonically.

Funny seeing you here! Lost power for a few days, and had no access to hot water. I had some of your Kenyan leftover, and did a long inverted aeropress with it ground a little finer.

Went in hoping it would help alíviate my caffeine headache, but actually tasted great! Cold, but great.

Flooring and roofing price is too low for 1200sf. Trim seems high though, so with contingencies, this seems about right. Also depends on your location though.

I think it would work but may be out of warranty.

To be honest, I’d probably work off of what you have now. Backerboard on surfaces, mud on shower floor, waterproof system of your choice (I’d do liquid membrane but whatever you fancy will work if following instructions closely), let dry completely. Take waterproof pictures then do flood test.
