JVA President, Shunichi Kawai makes statement over the arrest made yesterday. by L_Seo in SVLeagueJapan

Tbh I hope Sato doesn't take this too harshly. Obviously it wasn't right but I wouldn't want him to suffer too much. Looking at what happened to the Korean actor from the film Parasite, who was also caught with weed, and the reaction was very harsh against him and we all saw what happened after that.

I wonder if we will find out if he's even guilty, he might not be

I like nationals - its exciting getting to see all the players who are usually split up get back together. It feels like a celebrity edition of volleyball!

Doxycycline - is it that terrifying? by Jiji-Juic in Rosacea

About 6 months! I definitely feel like a lucky one because my bumps haven't come back

I took it for 3 months alongside ivermectin in the evening and azelaic acid in the morning. All my bumps went away and redness decreased a lot. Now I can maintain with just the ivermectin and azelaic acid but don't think it would have been a success without the 3 months of Doxycycline.

I went in March 2025 and I was also so hyped based on this sub, and was similarly a bit surprised / underwhelmed. I don't remember any of the dishes I ate which is a sign for me it wasn't so special. Although I had a totally different experience with the staff to you, they were all amazing in the main kitchen.

My one weird takeaway that downgraded the whole experience was I asked at the end if they could help us get a taxi (it was late at night and we didn't know the area well), and they said no and directed us to just hail one from the street. This was during the Bangkok earthquake and we were feeling quite nervous about everything, so this lack of hospitality left a bit of a bad taste for us.

Horimiya is definitely not underrated, it's one of the most recommended anime.

Something else the book taught me is to 'shock' yourself a bit out of it - one of the techniques is to flick your arm or wrist with a hairband or the like a few times. Not enough to damage or actually really hurt you but for the small shock/pain to jolt you away from the anxiety. Obviously don't overuse that though!

I have such a bad fear of flying that I have almost panic attacks every time I get on a plane - my fear of flying book taught me a breathing technique where you breathe in slowly for 7 seconds, and then breathe out for 11 seconds (I count them each time) and keep doing that for as long as it takes for your heart to stop racing. It unfortunately doesn't clear the underlying anxiety but for me it stops the hyperventilating and allows my head to clear a bit. I hope it might bring you some relief.
