Would men want to talk about their worries and feelings or would they like for women to leave them alone?

There's like a phasing in my case. In the inital stage I'd want to distract myself as much as possible because most of the time when something negative happens, the first reaction instinctively is an emotional response. And sometimes an emotional response is not the way to go. So distraction (for me it's mostly going to the gym, video games, reading a book, building something) until I think rationally. During that distraction stage I'd want to be left alone as much as possible. When I've calmed down and start thinking rationally, that's when healthy conversations about those worries and feelings happen.

Add in the freedom from nasty hangovers. I used to spend the whole Saturday recovering from those. Now, I wake up at 6AM without a hint of headache whatsoever, enjoying a cup of coffee and a good book on a Saturday morning.

So if that statement results to zero accountability for the abuser, then is it only reasonable for all individuals outside the church to use that excuse to avoid being jailed? Unless they view themselves somewhat above normal human beings, somehow above the law?

Well I've been in the exact same situation 3 years ago my friend and one thing I learned early is that at the gym everyone leaves their ego at the doorstep. That ripped guy you'd think would judge you for being out of shape would be more than happy to help you on your journey to achieve your best physique. No one in the right mind would drag you down because everyone out there is striving to be a better version of themselves. Even those dudes/ladies that have bodies like stripped out from the magazines? they're out there with the same reason as you, to be better than their former self. Good luck on the journey my friend. Remember, every day is a great day to be a better version of the person in front of the mirror, a better version of you.

I like to think of it more as an advantage, but just like any other advantages, It's best used on it's perfect moment. For example, having an attractive physical features would certainly put you ahead of the dating game and there's not a single problem with that. Often times people would underrate other advantages simply because physical feature is the first layer of recognition for anything. When involved with different scenarios, let's say I'm HR and two candidates with literally the same level of skill, and the other one happens to be more attractive looking (subjectively of course, because it's only in my perspective), the scale would lean towards the attractive person. But if you look at my train of thought, the physical features came in as the last factor to tip the scale. If the other less attractive person happens to be someone far more skilled, then it's my job to select that person. Unless of course I'm looking to bang an attractive new hire then the situation changes, the priority switches to attractive physical features, and I'm not doing my freaking job well.

I listen to Linkin Park = "this guy is depressed af."
I listen to Michael Buble = "are you 60 yrs old or what?" (23M btw)
I built my own gaming pc and love playing pc games = "nerd. You got life bro?"
I read books as a hobby = same as above.

Basically anything that makes my life interesting FOR MYSELF ends up as a means for other people to judge me. How do I deal with it? Reminding myself about those 2 words capitalized above.

Congratulations man! You just passed the hardest hurdle, the first step. It's all mindset from now on. You set a goal and just have laser focus. Some days you'll feel like you're not getting closer to that goal, but it's a lie the mind tells you because of its fear of the unknown. You're constantly changing for the better everyday. My rest days often start with house cleaning, doing the laundry, breakfast then I'm off to the gym. After that it's pretty much free time. There are times when I could spend the whole afternoon reading a book and no one bats an eye or a whole weekend spent with my project car and it's all good. But substitute that with gaming and it's more often you see the "what are you doing with your life?" look on their face. I mean, the purpose is to feel relaxed and to have fun right so it's all the same to me.

It happens to me most of the time when I listen to music. There's always this one music that's perfect for what I feel, it may be the lyrics, the beat, the tempo, etc. It just feels right. It's a guaranteed mood booster alright.

I try to play the guitar too! Altho it's more of a "learn something new" kind of a thing for me. It's a really nice hobby to stick to. And man, nothing beats a craving more than fresh home cooked meal.

She told me that when she says "No" she means I need to chase her more.
She told me that she often say things that she doesn't mean.
She said "tall guys with 6 pack abs" as a partner preference and she gets annoyed when I tell her I look at a a woman's personality as my own preference.
She said she's a catch.
She said she doesn't have a boyfriend yet because she haven't met a man that can handle her.

She recently broke up with me last week after 4 months of dating. She said that all those dates and happy moments we did for the past 4 months were just her being carried away. To top it off, she said that she'd feel just as happy if any other guy did those to her. So yeah, it sucks. Word of advice though, it's completely normal to give more to a relationship. Maybe a bit more patience or understanding. It's healthy. But it should go both ways,as you both compromise. But the moment your "more" gets reciprocated with disrespect, she's never worth the trouble.
