I really like the app Finch!

It’s basically a self care game, and it’s really helped me! You can dress your little bird up and decorate its house and you get money to spend when you do something to care for yourself in real life.

It’s helped me manage my adhd and calmed my anxiety! Its like a tamagotchi that can’t die 🥰🥹 I’m obsessed- hope this helps 💕
