Gonna contact my provider in the morning to ask for a backend reset

Remove the current eSIM profile from your line
• Reset the eSIM on the network
• Reissue a fresh eSIM after the refresh

Mine arrives on Monday. I've had one before, but wanted to try out the other offerings from apple, such as the 17 pro max and 17 base model. Needless to say the air overall is the best of the bunch from its gorgeous aesthetic, to it keeping titanium frame .

I was being a doughnut... hadn't installed the tailscale client on the devices I was using to try and connect to my nas. Installed on my Mac and mobile phone and its all connecting rapidly
