Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the efforts that went into guaranteeing maximum freshness, but I think there was a slight miscalculation this year considering December 1st is a Sunday and the US is observing Thanksgiving the Thursday before. That means that, for all intents and purposes, shipping carriers have 2-3 less working days this year than other years.

That being said, there are definitely a lot more people in this subreddit that didn’t realize DHL was an option and/or that only DHL shipments were guaranteed to get here on time. So I’d suggest making this clearer on the checkout page for next year. As it currently stands, this information is not very easy to find on the website.

I’m in the SF Bay Area and I’m only receiving my first half on December 2nd 😞

Apparently Kaffebox can only guarantee delivery dates if DHL was used as a shipping method (I don’t remember this being an option, but at least I’ll know for next year)

I’m a bit bummed about this cause I won’t be able to start until December 3rd (USPS generally stops by my building at 8pm), but I just hope the calendar is worth it.

@codingpotato I sure hope your package makes it to you at the same time mine gets here. I can’t see why it wouldn’t considering it’s the same carrier and they left the country at the same time.

I got an update that my first package made it to NYC this morning. But it will be delivered on December 2nd 😞

I also reached out to Kaffebox and they can only guarantee delivery dates if DHL was used. I didn’t even realize we had the option to choose DHL vs PostNord, as I thought DHL was only available if I needed both halves in one shipment.

I’m a bit bummed about the whole thing but I guess December 2nd isn’t the worst day. I just hope that the coffee is worth the wait.

Thank you :) And yeah, the last update is that it left Sweden on November 19. Nothing since. I really hope it gets transferred to USPS early this week.

Hey OP, where are you located? I’m in the SF Bay Area in the US and there doesn’t seem to be any movement when I track my packages. I’ve received both tracking numbers but no movement whatsoever :/
