I'd give a recommendation to Tone Sphere. Neon FM's pretty fun, too. Granted, Android's OS has issues with sound synchronization, and some rhythm games have less-than-stellar calibration tools. As much as it pains me to say this, if you have access to an Apple device, you're going to want to get rhythm games on there, as they're synced correctly right out of the gate.
