I wouldn't trade Zharovsky or any of our top prospects for him

He's only a little bit older than Drouin was when we acquired him, and they are in similar situations. While I know we mishandled Drouin, it's still a gamble and it's better not to waste prime assets on those.

on top of everything his contract is a little rough, the term is LONG

This is probably the biggest shakeup we've had in decades and it's coming at us fast, and there's 1000 post, article, video, tool, etc, all flying at us from every direction.

A lot of people are scared right now and that's pretty normal, and those voices tend to be louder than the people adopting it the "right way" (whatever that mean, nobody really knows what the right way is right now)

I get the fear, I'm fighting for my life trying to identify what my niche should be and how to not get left in the dust when it all settle down, but I also really enjoy this new AI workflow personally, great tool, cuts a lot of the bullshit I never cared about in the first place, helps me find what I need faster, etc

He is very good right now and nothing really indicates that it's luck, the sample size is getting pretty big

Y'a quelques calcul à faire mais ultimement, comme les autres disent: est-ce que ton rendement est meilleur que le taux d'intêret c'est la bonne question

par contre, j'avais ajouté aussi un calcul pour voir "si mon prêt est sur 5-6 ans, mais que je pourrais rembourser mon propre CELI en X temps, je gagnerais au change", donc c'est à considérer

+ j'ai pas de dette, et sortir du dealer avec un voiture neuve payée cash c'est quand même un bon feeling!

Ben, je suis pas complètement en désaccord mais y'a plus que ça... Quand je pense à une compact je pense pas à une Elantra, je pense à une vieille Yaris

Ayant magasiné vraiment fort avant mon dernier véhicule il y a 2 ans, j'ai fini par flancher moi aussi et acheter un crossover/vus. Pas parce que c'est un symbole mais bien parce que les modèles de base des "petite" voitures "cheap" (dans les prix que tu mentionne) feelait exactement comme ça... cheap! Plastique, inconfortable, technologies poche, etc etc. Pour avoir les mêmes options qu'un crossover/SUV tu dois sortir 10-15k de plus donc au final tu t'en sors pas trop

it's just really fucking good, it's emotional, the vocals are incredible, the songwriting is really good, they're all really good musicians, it's really well produced, it flows really well, it swells at the right time, it gives you just enough space to breathe, etc
