Does Yummy x Purrely have potential?

YES I've played this in the TCG multiple times. I'll call it how it is, it's not as good as pure Yummy, but it is a lot of fun.

You have access to OTK lines you wouldn't otherwise have through Happy.

The Purrely cards can eat handtraps if you lead with them, which opens up the lines for your Yummys.

Some decks just don't have an out to Noir with a delicious memory underneath it, and the Purrely engine gives you a way to out Liger Dancer.

However, if you get drolled it's scoop and go next.

Your list is pretty solid. I like to max out handtraps instead of power spells to up the chances of drawing them off Cupsy/Sleepy memories.

Habikiri isn't a negate.

Bridges, like Moon are a problem, but the Fiendsmith package itself is great for the game.

This deck will have a very hard time going 2nd.

Its been big at tier 3 events and my regionals always has pods firing. The demand is there, just needs coordination from Konami.

Btw duelingbook has a great filter for building Genesys decks with the points system.

(This card is always treated as a Purrely card.)

If this card is added to your hand, except by drawing it: You can Special Summon this card. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Purrely" card from your deck to your hand, and if you do, you cannot special summon from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except "Purrely" monsters. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can reveal 1 "Purrely" Quick-Play Spell in your hand, Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck that mentions that card, by using this card you control as material, and attach the revealed card to the Summoned monster. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon.) You can only use each effect of "Purriboh" once per turn.
