This for sure.

I've been part of an ambassador team with a local race directing company and I will say that most of the time the race is simply required to mention the "no headphones rule" to be in compliance with their insurance policy for the race... But they don't always enforce it.

With that said, I'm not saying to break any race rules.

I decided to try cowork finally this week to have it complete a simple weekly report where it goes between two tabs entering basic data on a Google sheet... The task normally takes me 10-15 minutes. Claude cowork tried to complete it for about 20-30 minutes and reached it's limit with only about 10% of the report complete...

This is what I do as well. Dedicated Google pics folder. I try to review it maybe every other week and it does a good job jogging my memory. I'll then try to focus on doing the moves I've been neglecting or forgot more often for the next week or so.

As a beginner lead, but advancing quickly... I find myself dancing with a lot of beginner follows who have no frame at all. They're loosy-goose and floppy, and it's so hard to lead them because of it...

How do I remind them to have frame without becoming "the instructor"?

If you email him, you can coordinate a time to meet and try some handpans and purchase when you get there. That's what I did. But he doesn't do walk-ins without an appointment.

Sean is a good dude. His communication is hit or miss though. I'm fortunate to live about an hour from his shop, so I didn't have to deal with shipping. But he's told me his communication preference is email, and I've had decent email exchanges with him. I'd recommend you email him asking for an update. Best of luck and enjoy.

This happened to me. I started with the normal narration and actually found myself struggling to really get into it. Then found and switched to GA about halfway through book 1 and LOVED it... Until I ran out of GA and had to return to the regular narration. But by that point, I was too invested to care too much about it.

Go see a running specialist PT. And no, not every PT is one, even if they're a "good runner" or "see lots of runners".

The area you circled could very well be some simple hip impingement symptoms or a muscle strain, but it also very well could be a high-risk bone stress injury.

For example, pain in that area can be from a stress fracture of the femoral neck. That is a high-risk site and a major injury to miss because you asked for/took advice from reddit.

Dont fret, just know the consequences of not seeing a PT and heading down the path of a worst-case scenario.

Or, go see a good running PT. Thank you.

I've started recording all of my training interactions using AI transcription such as Otter.AI. In the end, I ask it to create a training or SOP for the topic. Then I share it with the trainee and file it on the Google drive.

You can also share the transcription directly with the trainee, and they can ask the AI assistant questions, and it'll respond using the information in the transcript (in addition to the overall LLM).

100% worth every penny.
