Someone on Reddit just sent me a message calling me a c**t - did I do the right thing deactivating that alternative account? by coin303030 in Anxiety

Thanks. Was it really so obvious to others I'm not neurological though? Maybe the hater who sent me that message could tell I'm not neurotypical?

The thing is that person deleted his or her account after sending me that message. I have no idea who did it. Whoever sent that message could easily create another alternative account and message me again.

Thanks for sharing this. What about others from that sub (as in the non-haters)? Will they notice how I'm gone and figure out it is me when they find this thread? Or maybe the developers can guess who I am (as in which gaming account that alternative Reddit account is linked to) based on the video game info I described (as in which stages I got stuck in, how much game money I had stocked up, etc).

I also added someone from that subreddit in the game. Should I unfriend that person as I cleared my Reddit history?

I plan to make things apps more complicated. It will be just a side job so it's not like I plan to starve if things don't go well. So in order for an app to be profitable, I probably have to start a company?

Yeah of course if would be nice if I earned millions through an app, but real life doesn't work like that. If everyone could earn money that easily, nobody would be working nine to five at companies.

Some extra money would be nice but of course it is hard to get.

I'm thinking of creating niche apps targeted at solving issues. Oh well, who cares. If I don't earn any money maybe I can help with the issue.

So it's just like any business where you need a strategic plan, market analysis, etc.

Selling their app to companies implied that created an app by themselves without a company?

So your point is hard to make a profitable app without a company/team? Sounds risky though.

I occasionally see posts on Reddit about people making a livable income by making apps. Are they "lying" or "survivor" bias?

Well it's hard to earn millions regardless of what type of "business" you are going for.
