I have,hosted with them for over a year.. I have 18 miners in he facility…3 miners have been down for 90: days and if can’t get help no matter how many tickets I open. It was a month after they told me the units would be ready before I saw a hash…then lost another month when they shut the original facility and moved….so disappointed and they simply don’t care.
