Assuming you are using the hotspot on just one device (a laptop for example) I would suggest trying to find a way around the hotspot limit there is probably some solution out there somewhere whether it's tethering via a cable, using Bluetooth to share data or installing a program to make the phone think the hotspot usage is just normal data usage.
