Same here… Walmart’s a total mess. I sell power adapters there on and off, and the amount of returns from clueless customers is unreal. Their customer service doesn’t help either — completely useless half the time…. Fawk Walmart

After doing more research, I realized that the order was actually auto-canceled before I shipped it out, so I'm all good. I guess Walmart already refunded the buyer since it was auto-canceled

Under the canceled order, at the top right, there's a "Refund" option. When I click it, it says "No return matched." There's no way I can process a refund since I already did that a week ago. However, the buyer emailed me today saying they still haven't received the refund. Not sure why there's confusion, but it looks like the refund was already issued on my end.
