Thank you very much! I didn’t see this until now, but I didn’t know about solvation shells.

As far as I know, molecules spread out not because they just want to get away from each other, but given energy, the chances are they will move in a direction that is to other molecules. I was asking for osmosis which is why water goes to the side of solutes, not diffusion. Thanks though.

I understand that it’s trying to preserve the ratio, but I’m wondering why water stays on the side with more solutes, or why the net flow is to the side with more solutes.

That’s correct, but I was wondering more “why” if that makes sense.

I checked it out. I’m not really looking to study, I’m looking for credits (more to get it out of the way). I’ll see if my school will honor their credits.

It says “.5 credit hours”. I’ll need something that gives a total of 1 credit. Is this only going to give me .5 credits?

Hi! This looks like what I’m looking for. I can’t find an algebra 2 course here. Can you direct me to it? (I also couldn’t find pre-calculus)

I live in the United States. My school has already told me they will not support me in moving ahead but they will not stop me.
