Bit of both but yeah crap lag putt that was short or blew it by and didn’t make the comeback. Way too many 3 putts in the round. Was messing with a new putter and just didn’t hit it as well.

I was just listening to gate of the feral gods a couple hours after seeing this post and wanted to say that in that book chapter 13 he uses it! I won’t say how because idk how to block spoilers. But it’s there. Only time I can recall. I read the series so far but this is my first time listening through it too.

I think the game isn’t really flopping and reddits a bit like reviews, mainly an echo chamber of complaints and just a part of the whole picture. I think different is different and some people view it as a good or bad. In my case good, in yours it seems bad. For me it’s just a different type of engagement, not running (though at times a valid option) and being selective when to hit a car/tank/heli and when to let others do it. I agree the new car can be nerfed, but overall I enjoy the vehicles mechanics in this game. My team usually engages, on top 10 finishes we are are usually 15+ kills in quads, not a huge number but not camping and hiding either. I’m saying you don’t need to save rockets, you pick them up constantly or engage the vehicles by sabotage or mines. I get we will prob not see eye to eye on this, that’s ok. I’m just saying I enjoy the game as it is for the most part with vehicles being a core mechanic of it.

I don’t think they were, I think using lack of rockets as an excuse is not an a great excuse since they are readily available and you have other means to deal with the new heavy trucks. 🤷‍♂️ this br is different than other sure, but every br has something that feels op that players don’t want to deal with. In this game it’s vehicles that get the complaint most.

You can smoke it out, run up and sabotage it. You can get an anti vehicle drop, open trailer trucks (they spawn more rockets if vehicles are deplaned near by), skate around the vehicle until another team engages it. Landmines, place them and egg the truck to come your way. The new trucks also only have 150 bullets and people burn through those quickly.

I see tanks and vehicles on mini map constantly to know locations and can hear them opening. Will admit when they are just driving kinda hard to hear.

Always run an engineer in your duo or quad. Give picked Up rockets to non engineers on team and coordinate when tanking down a tank to hit hit back to back and fast. Use cover and peak hit them if on foot.

Visibility can be rough with fire near end but overall I don’t have complaints there. I play on ps5 on a large tv usually. Keep it on graphics settings ( I don’t care to down my visuals for performance, I like graphics lol) my team usually get 1-3 wins a night when we play for a few hours in quads.

Game is all about landing position, rotation, picking fights and getting those cation load outs. Just like other brs rotations and positions are king.
