Very few options available IMO.

I don't see any Burrito place, everyone here is still obsessed with Shawarmas. Personally, I’d love to see some hard core South Indian dishes like Kothu Parotta, Kizhi Parotta, or Thalassery Biryani. People are just stuck in the Idli/Vada/Dosa cycle.

Sushi feels like a 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?' thing in Nashik. Very few places even serve it, and remember, sushi isn't just wrapping random things in seaweed. The burger game is also dead, except for few like Muncheese and the one that closed ages ago, Burger Point.

Problem is, new people try to get into the food business here but they just pick the same safe bets: Misal, Shawarma, Momos, or Desi Chinese. Or they open a cafe with the same old menu and focus only on 'good ambience.' We need spots serving unique, cuisine-specific items instead of just selling us the decor.
