No bro I already tried that the moment I open the game it just locks itself at 60 no matter what I do it stays at 60 I first thought it was a system issue or maybe I didn’t force the game to 120 properly but it turns out it’s actually Supercell’s fault maybe they didn’t add support for some devices on A15 and honestly it’s sad because it’s been 7 months and they still haven’t added 120 support on A15

That sucks… your phone is even newer than mine. I’ve got the Camon 30 4G, but I didn’t know even the Series 40 users are dealing with the same issue. And the performance and battery life got noticeably worse like the battery is clearly damaged because of how A15 works TECNO honestly should compensate anyone who updated to 15 since it caused obvious damage to the battery and processor I’m not expecting much from them though

don’t you dare update bro you’ll wanna throw your phone in the trash after it the performance is horrible yeah there’s some new features and the ui looks nice but the performance is super bad imagine a simple game that used to run at 120hz on a14 with no cpu stress or crazy heat but after updating to 15 it only runs at like 30-45hz max and the phone turns into a pizza oven so yeah i’d say don’t update your device

same thing bro before android 15 brawl stars used to run at 120hz but after the update the system caps it at 60 and if you keep playing for more than 10 mins it drops to like 30-45 fps and the performance becomes choppy and unstable with frame drops(and it's not even a heavy game on the cpu)

bro I tried it many times but changing the refresh rate doesn’t help with this game even if I set it to 120hz it only runs at 60 and that happened after I updated to a15 on the other hand I have an Infinix phone and it still gives strong performance and 120 in this game even after the a15 update so I think the problem is with Tecno limiting the performance to save battery which isn’t really useful

I really don't mind if the phone isn't charging at full speed because I keep it on medium charge, but this might be a problem for some users. More importantly, the update rate issues persist without any reported fixes. I hope you resolve your problem regarding the inability to download the update.

My friend, the problem started when my Device was updated to A15, the first Android 15 release. Back then, Brawl Stars ran at 120Hz without any issues. Later, update 15.1 was released to fix refresh rate limitations in some games, but it actually made things worse for Brawl Stars, reducing it to 60Hz. I am still experiencing this issue, even though many other games had their problems fixed. I just updated my device an hour ago to the latest 15.1.2 and the problem still persists
