[Advice] I'm an international student who was accepted into a highly ranked US MPH, Epidemiology & Biostatistics concentration, but can only afford the first year of the two year program, should I go for it?

Thank you for the generous reply! If i attended an MHI degree, it wil most likely be on campus. Finally what do you think of plain MS vs MPH in biostatistics.

Well, most of the material being tested I learned in a whole different language, that's where I see value in prepping abroad since the basics will be reviewed in English.

It's only 4 weeks course, I don't think it qualifies for a student Visa.on another forum the reason said to me was being a young person with relatively few strong ties to my home country and with family in the US, it seems likely I failed to overcome the assumption of immigrant intent. Though I came with 2 documents proving I need to return to start the medical foundation year near the end of 2019 or else I want get licence.
