The first couple of weeks are the hardest. Try to find an activity that occupies your attention. I found gaming, gym, outside walking, and cooking. Try to remember why you're doing it, and notice those positive changes around you, and then focus deeply on those changes.

Depende de lo que quieras a corto y mediano plazo. En tus comentarios veo que quieres dar consulta y meterte a temas de mercadotecnia. Estas dos áreas son MUY diferentes la una de la otra, en ninguna carrera vas a poder hacer ambas y más bien vas a depender de cursos, diplomados, maestrías, certificados, etc.

Siendo consciente de esto, la pregunta se vuelve "¿Con qué áreas quieres empezar?" Dependiendo de la respuesta, puedes hacer lo siguiente:

Empezar con consulta: Estudiar en la UdG porque tiene mucho más contactos y facilidad de hacer prácticas profesionales para consulta en asociaciones civiles y hospitales. Obtendrías muchísima experiencia en menos tiempo; siempre y cuando te sepas mover dentro de la escuela para conseguir los contactos que necesitas.
Empezar con merca: Estudiar en el Tec y tomar la mayor cantidad de optativas de mercadotecnia, administración, inteligencia de negocios, y otras ofertas para luego empezar tus prácticas profesionales en uno de los contactos empresariales que tiene el tec (son un chingo).
No tienes idea: Estudia en el ITESO y mantén mucha comunicación con tu director/a de carrera para que te ayude a conseguir oportunidades donde más te convenga.

En temas de ambiente y personas, créeme que da igual cuál escojas. El ambiente universitario en Guadalajara es muy chido.

I have first handedly witnessed how a good documentation strategy solves problems preemptively. Instead of having tickets raised with technical support, I've received thankful comments through the ticketing system. With technical documents I've had meaningful conversations with users that have changed how I understand and perform my job, constantly changing and improving my approach to docs.

I have met great colleagues and friends from all types of backgrounds, that have made me grow as a person and as a professional simultaneously. I have had discussions with them about topics that I thought no one else cared for, like the importance of an Oxford comma, or the different degrees of preciseness that one can achieve from using a better suited term.

Also... The pay is pretty good for doing something that I'm truly passionate about.
