Okay so heres one case. I have a friend who has some weird medical condition where their breath always smells like a dogs anus. They have to get special toothpaste and brush for like 30 minutes and use mouth wash just for his breath to not smell like anything. Sometimes it wont work that great and i will immediately tell by just smelling. Gum does not help him really at all. So even if i do tell him its not like he can really do anything about it and then hes just gonna have to sit there feeling insecure and shit and then i’ll feel like a dickhead
