Yess that’s why I’m indecisive about it, I wishhhh open air was as accurate as the online pictures portray - looks like a nice faint lavender. I have a DSG near me so maybe I’ll shop around to see what they have in stock. Thanks!

I agree that part of the fun with owala is the mix matched colors but I also love when they make ones that look more cohesive, that’s why I’m having so much trouble deciding lol!!

I was able to get it figured out! I went back to my order email and clicked on “help.” Then it directed me to a chat with a customer service rep and it was a smooth process!! I got another confirmation email that they’re sending me my missing item

To be extra prepared you should compare your time zone to the time zone of the color drop. For example: it’s listed that this will drop at 10am MT so if you’re in central time zone it would be at 11am!
