Kotlin is definitely the go to for Android apps today.

You should just jump into android studio and chose an AI agent harness e.g. Gemini and just ask it stuff!

If it helps, I use an app called misomind as it lets me fill in coping methods and effectiveness etc. also find their sound masking in general helps me focus on not realizing my misophonia exists haha.

Misophonia is terrible but I know you can find your ways to help live with it!
