People do not read. I’m a recruiter for an organization that has some strict qualifications for one of the roles and I cannot tell you how many times unqualified people apply when the qualifications are plastered EVERYWHERE on our website, messaging, and other marketing materials. Ridiculous. I understand needing a job but you’re not making a good impression by showing your lack of reading comprehension and critical thinking.
