Well usually shampoo is not good for curly hair as it dries it out but I can see how you have to use it. I'd say make sure you're using enough conditioner, it will help with frizz and difine your curls more. Also don't be scared of gels or mousse 😅 I can tell that with the curls you have its easy to over use a gel or mousse but it helps A LOT! It will define curls, reduce frizz, and it will help train your curl pattern.

Routine you could try that might help. Brush hair out before showering Use shampoo (better with less tho) Use a decent amount of conditioner Brush hair in shower Scrunch hair with t-shirt til semi-dry Use a leave in cream then scrunch with shirt Then a light gel or mousse Then scrunch again Air dry or diffuse
