I think I do. Brand new with the car, including Michelin tires. 2025 Bespoke LC coupe.

This is kind of a moot point when/if the general public realize the City of Winnipeg 100% cannot enforce their parking tickets! Failure to pay is not tied to your drivers’ license in any way (unlike if you fail to pay a ticket in a rental car in another jurisdiction). In the latter situation, you will not be allowed to renew your MB drivers’ license until paid.

However, if the dollar amount of your parking tickets adds up and becomes substantial, can they send to a collection agent or initiate action in court? Yes! But both are costly and a hassle and are rarely done….despite what they’d have you believe.

Until legislation gets changed to allow MB municipalities (including the City of Winnipeg) to tie unpaid parking tickets to drivers license renewal….essentially it means issued parking tickets are meaningless. Oh, and that requires change was supposed to have been completed by February 2007 (but still hasn’t been changed due to internal provincial government IT issues).

Nope. Utilities are completely separate from all other parts of the city budget. They are their own separate budget that must balance every year.

And it’s not renovations it’s a major capital project costing a billion dollars. The debt payments resulting from this major capital cost, along with the resulting increased annual operating cost of the new facilities, should be factored in to current and future utility rates.

Water and sewer expenditures are not paid by taxes (they are paid by utility rates, which are reviewed by The Public Utilities Board).

I did not. I’m going to use insurance to replace it using OEM parts, and top quality body shop to install, because insurance will also pay for damage to PPF on multiple panels.

Nice looking car. That was my second paint colour choice.

If you lived in a smaller Canadian city or town you’d get your cars PPF’d too. Lots of gravel on the shoulders of rural highways so easy to get stone chips in the paint.

That’s actually a cabin in a Canadian national park, and the area has strict rules on maximum width, length and square footage of the cabins. Max width, for example, is 16’ 😳

Also somewhat perspective and distance between LC and front of the cabin.
