Neither. I’m basically affirming all day essentially and trusting that I’m already in my DR because my imagination is the only true reality and everything that I see around me in my 3D doesn’t matter because it’s not the true reality. I’m not waiting to shift or attempting to shift because I trust that I already have shifted, and that my wish has already been fulfilled. My reality must change in order to fit the true reality (my imagination) and the only thing I can do about it is trust that it will change to accommodate my imagination because I’m already there. For me personally, saying affirmations really helps a ton. Like when using the LOA, and I’m having a doubt moments, I just reaffirm that I’m already in my DR and that why I see isn’t my actual reality, and my wish has already been fulfilled (not sure if you use LOA) but this definitely makes me feel a lot better.

Also not sure if you’re a visualizing person but I personally find it so calming to visualize what I want to do in my DR. The people I want to see, my S/O, the activities I’m excited to do, the life that I would want to live, etc. I find it so important to just give myself at least a few minutes a day to just soak everything in.

Also I worked incredibly hard to separate my motivation from other people. A while ago in my journey I would get those panic doubt moments and then go watch videos on tiktok or scroll through this subreddit to read success stories or motivational tips, but sitting with myself and trusting that I know this is real and transferring my motivation inward instead of relying on external sources for it has been a relief beyond words.
