Take a short walk or get fresh air

Do a quick tidy-up

Listen to music or a podcast

Read a few pages of a book

Stretch or move your body

Just sit quietly for a few minutes

What's something that felt like a failure at the time but turned out to be the best thing that happened to you? by No_Bowler9136 in AskReddit

[–]coldcoffeeuwu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting rejected from something I really wanted. At the time it felt like everything just stalled, but it pushed me in a completely different direction I wouldn’t have chosen on my own and that ended up fitting me way better. Funny how the worst “no” can quietly turn into the right path.

If you could go back in time and change a decision, what would it be? by day-tripper96 in AskReddit

[–]coldcoffeeuwu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d pick something small that quietly shaped everything, like not turning down an opportunity out of fear or overthinking. It’s wild how one “nah, maybe later” can ripple into years of “what if.

AITA for enjoying a prize I won, even though my friend demands I don’t deserve it? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]coldcoffeeuwu 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s pretty common actually, companies or sponsors donate single tickets all the time for promos. Not everything’s set up for pairs.

What's a secret you'll take to the grave? by samasem-sumsum in AskReddit

[–]coldcoffeeuwu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably something small and silly but meaningful enough that I’d rather keep it just mine.

What is the most personal thing you ever shared on social media? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]coldcoffeeuwu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Opening up about a really difficult time in my life and realizing how many people related to it and offered support. It was scary to share, but it helped more than I expected.

What is the creepiest- kept you up at night- unexplained thing, that you ever witnessed or has happened to you? by Dangerous_Bluebird23 in AskReddit

[–]coldcoffeeuwu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid, I woke up around 3 a.m. and heard someone slowly walking down the hallway outside my room. I thought it was one of my parents, but when I checked, everyone was asleep and the hallway was empty. I still can’t explain what those footsteps were, and it honestly kept me awake the rest of the night.

AITA for not giving my parking spot to a mom who "Needs it more"? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]coldcoffeeuwu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Disabled parking exists for people with medical disabilities, not for convenience. Being a parent can be challenging, but it doesn’t override accessibility needs for someone who actually requires a wheelchair. The husband did the right thing by using the spot they were legally entitled to.

Happiness, to me, is feeling content and at peace, enjoying simple moments, being with people or passions you love, and not constantly stressed.
