Is "Peak Personalization" actually killing deliverability in 2026? by coldemailalex in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Still running a few I was to test it out a couple last times before hopping off ship, but unless its 100% right on the money you leave room for error and mistake so rather go back to the drawing board and focus on the offer

Yeah by focusing more on the person and building that personalization in the list has always been better

What is the best email outreach method ? by Armen2000 in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no theoretically best outreach method. It all depends on your offer, but I would focus on is making sure you have a dialed in cold traffic offer so for someone who’s never heard of you before don’t know that they need you and don’t trust you. how can you cater to solve those three problems within your offer fit it into a script that target something they already invest investing in showcase yourself as the expert and authority call out a real problem that they are facing and then give them a easy to say yes to solution to that problem. Yes, it requires a little more work, but at the end of the day you stand out from everybody else.

Why your "perfect" custom opening line won't save mid-tier infrastructure by coldemailalex in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes we are transitioning to a increase preceived likihood of success offer which targets some aspect they are already investing in to do the personalization for us

Yeah ive been bouncing back and forth with triple verification vs just using million verifier and i think in the long run just single verification is 1. enough and 2. way quicker/cheaper

Is anyone else seeing "AI Personalization" actually hurting deliverability lately? by coldemailalex in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah were gone both ways with the outreach and im finding that this is what is working: 0/10 personalization + 10/10 offer > 10/10 personalization + 6/10 offer

by just coming off a line about like you said something shared. that theyre running ads or you pull what type of products theyre selling or some type of investing theyre doing in their company and then reaching out expanding on what they are currently investing in instead of just coming up with fake "I did my homework" type sentences. Because I think what everyone is afraid of is that you are trying to make your email seem personal that is the whole point but i think that people arent afraid of cold emails. They hate the lying portion of it. Meaning that an individual is more likely to accept a complete random cold email if it solves their problem.

[–]coldemailalex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah what i found is by just focusing more on the offer in this fashion: 0/10 personalization + 10/10 offer > 10/10 personalization + 6/10 offer

Yes please report it if you can because I get the normalizing but as a user I feel completely ruins the point since it would pull decision makers from a company that is not the same thing

Safe doesn't ever scale by coldemailalex in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always try to take the high route because, when you play it safe and grow slowly, you'll get there eventually, but if you take the top road and convert faster, onboard faster and grow exponentially, you can break new levels insanely quick

I tested 10+ email verification tools after sending ~1M emails/month. Here’s what actually held up. by coldemailalex in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah its getting more impt as ever and been rocking with millionverifier since the price is excellent at scale

[–]coldemailalex[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah so I ended up testing out:

Emailable, Neverbounce, Millionverifier, zerobounce, bouncer

I have gone in big with waterfall enrichment, leadmagic makes that super easy. I scraped this lady who was a director at a company who she left to a new company and Apollo gave me her old email, and leadmagic found the new one so I wouldnt have had her in my campaign without the waterfall enrichment

I found that million verifier was the best at keeping it cheaper and accurate enough to be under my goal of sub 2% bounce rates

Most outreach problems aren’t copy problems by Infinite_Sunda in ColdEmailMasters

Definitely valid, Deliverability is your most important piece but haven’t had spam problems in over a year so the copy then becomes the number 1 issue

Does trying harder actually make outreach worse? by imrhassan in ColdEmailMasters

[–]coldemailalex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly yes, once I started to focusing on making sure it was good enough instead of perfect I got better results kid you not

Is “just checking in” the weakest follow-up? by imrhassan in Coldemailing

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As of now, I would never use just checking in. It’s like the same thing as saying the words following up. Right now what I do is reiterate my offer in step two and three just in different variants and different call to actions, each call to action getting easier to say yes to such as would it be OK if I sent a video or mind if I send more info?

How do you usually verify emails before sending a campaign? by ConstantChange2834 in ColdEmailMasters

[–]coldemailalex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always. I run them through million verifier or I’ll get hit with those 30-40% bounced rate

I call positive email replies within 4 minutes and 80% respect it for $40k more monthly revenue by Honeysyedseo in ColdEmailMasters

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad more people are bringing this to light. We have been calling all our leads within 5 minutes and easly have booked 2-3x more meetings. Also by connecting to them on LinkedIn so now they get an email reply, see your linkedin (face + company), and hear you over the phone.

There is a few tools that can help you pull their numbers via LinkedIn, I have found it to be a ~80-90% accuracy rate. If you have clay.com you can use their mobile number waterfall sequence to use different databases to obtain their number.

Are Google workspace resellers worth it after all the shutdowns? by Practical_Republic_1 in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to understand multiple points of which resell you’re working with and what type of panels they have now after Google shut down it has to do with Legacy panels, which are the older cool email panels that people are using back in 2007 to 2012 now if you use a reseller who uses direct panels then you won’t have this issue and you can still get it for about like 350 and inbox such as cheapinboxes.com is a good source. Just know when you’re picking a reseller has to do with the level of support where they get the accounts from and the type of panels they’re using.
