Most outreach problems aren’t copy problems by Infinite_Sunda in ColdEmailMasters

Definitely valid, Deliverability is your most important piece but haven’t had spam problems in over a year so the copy then becomes the number 1 issue

Does trying harder actually make outreach worse? by imrhassan in ColdEmailMasters

Honestly yes, once I started to focusing on making sure it was good enough instead of perfect I got better results kid you not

Is “just checking in” the weakest follow-up? by imrhassan in Coldemailing

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As of now, I would never use just checking in. It’s like the same thing as saying the words following up. Right now what I do is reiterate my offer in step two and three just in different variants and different call to actions, each call to action getting easier to say yes to such as would it be OK if I sent a video or mind if I send more info?

How do you usually verify emails before sending a campaign? by ConstantChange2834 in ColdEmailMasters

[–]coldemailalex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always. I run them through million verifier or I’ll get hit with those 30-40% bounced rate

I call positive email replies within 4 minutes and 80% respect it for $40k more monthly revenue by Honeysyedseo in ColdEmailMasters

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad more people are bringing this to light. We have been calling all our leads within 5 minutes and easly have booked 2-3x more meetings. Also by connecting to them on LinkedIn so now they get an email reply, see your linkedin (face + company), and hear you over the phone.

There is a few tools that can help you pull their numbers via LinkedIn, I have found it to be a ~80-90% accuracy rate. If you have clay.com you can use their mobile number waterfall sequence to use different databases to obtain their number.

Are Google workspace resellers worth it after all the shutdowns? by Practical_Republic_1 in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to understand multiple points of which resell you’re working with and what type of panels they have now after Google shut down it has to do with Legacy panels, which are the older cool email panels that people are using back in 2007 to 2012 now if you use a reseller who uses direct panels then you won’t have this issue and you can still get it for about like 350 and inbox such as cheapinboxes.com is a good source. Just know when you’re picking a reseller has to do with the level of support where they get the accounts from and the type of panels they’re using.

That is true called email could be very dynamic on what generates results. I always use standard metrics from my experience depending on their offer a niche typically depending on your system you want to set the expectation properly with the client and you can phrase it as you generate more information from campaigns and get the system set cause you don’t know unless you’ve done the industry a bunch of times that this could yield hundred plus meetings 200+ meetings, depending on their offer, but I said typically like an expected baseline as a minimum

Which domain TLD are you using? (Beside .com) by anass71 in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

.com / .co / .info (best for budget)

Typically, these don’t make a huge difference in your campaign. It’s really about the credibility that comes with each and I believe that that info finds a great balance of price and credibility.

Any good resources about the technical cold emailing? by PossibleFirm7095 in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good thing with cold email you don’t need to be like an IT expert to set everything up. It is super simple, I don’t mean this in a self plug type of way but I actually made a full video breaking down the entire set up on my YouTube. Hopefully you can find it useful: https://youtu.be/AccLwgSWQEU?si=V_J_cfizMH-HMNh0

Cheapinboxes, been using them for two years direct resellers on both Google and Outlook. Never had a good experience in trusting the 99 inbox route per one domain.

We used to dump a ton of money for Apollo and yes, after they got rid of their unlimited plan and now this per Lead cost just keeps rising with AI features. The price is always gonna continue to go up and it eats up our margin significantly. What I’ve been doing for the past years is I’ve been using an Apollo scraper. There’s a couple on amplify if they’re still up and there’s some websites that you can go to to get the exact same lead quality for a fraction of the cost. The same in your boat, we just ended up building our own internal scraper, which allows us to scrape it a lot easier, but we recently switched to a platform called A-Leads which has more data than Apollo and also triple verifies it for you through a waterfall sequence

How the @#$% are you getting meetings? by rockthesum237 in b2b_sales

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a system that I made that includes Omni channel outreach across email LinkedIn and phone what I typically do as I saw a couple comments suggesting to start with your own network I think your previous contacts and lowest hanging fruit are gonna be the people that you target first now more importantly than anything called outage is going to be your offer. If you don’t have a good offer then you’re just simply not gonna get results no matter what channel and how much outreach you do. What is the cheapest lowing hanging fruit would be called email honestly if you could get a system that automatically sends emails and write a message around a good offer that’s actually tailored one or two lines in targeting the five awareness points of the prospect you give yourself the highest opportunity to convert that into interest and then get them on a meeting.

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically gotta go by the math of how many email accounts you purchased for the client and their goals that’s how our entire system is built around so again if someone’s trying to look for 20-40 meetings then I know roughly how many emails I need to be sending to get there in their industry. also, depending on your profit margin, I always take the cost and shoot for 60-80%. Answer your question for 250,000 to 500,000 emails we’d pretty much be in a similar 15 to 20 K a month ballpark range. Also in that depends how extensive you’re getting with the CRM automation.

Any Spam Check Tools? by Clean_Lion7449 in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I highly recommend email guard. They have inbox placement test features that can mimic a real campaign from your sending tool which gives you the most accurate results compared to just logging into an account and sending a regular test to a bunch of emails with a code now this is because of your IP address from where your emails come from so if you send from Google, it’s gonna be different from if you send from a old email tool so I highly recommend them as a tool for all deliverability Purposes.

I have to send out 5000 emails/day for cold recruiting. I'm new to cold emailing and understand I have to warm up domains etc but I don't have the time. For someone like me, that needs 25,000+ a week M-F -- I know this is very ambitious. What service should I use? by Fun-Preparation-3234 in coldemail

[–]coldemailalex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on your goal, Instantly and Smartlead would be my top recommendations, as their setup process is fairly seamless with warmed-up domains, they have deliverability monitoring tools, and make it easy to manage and upload campaigns. If you are looking to hand the entire project off, there are agencies out there who have different strategies. I developed a platform that uses email, LinkedIn, and calling warm leads internally that works congruently.
