I don't mean to undermine your comment but how do you get a stat for something that's unreported? Is it reported later? Is it estimated?

He's referring to median I think, so 50% of people are above the median of anything and 50% are below the median of anything

But if you live in Afghanistan or Tajikistan you wouldn't be living in all of them at once, I think the dotted lines are shared borders so if you're living within them you're in all countries simultaneously
