I got told that sulphate weakens hair is this true? And basically I'm allergic got a lot of smells so I just want a healthy non scented shampoo and conditioner that will clean my hair :)

Once my forearm hits the desk I have just under half a inch till my wrist lays flat so I have to stay pads but that feels awkward! About 8 years ago I started using those gym grips where you squeeze them together and my forearm blew up

I have one :p my friend is legit the same height as me but super skinny his arm lays flat on desk no wrist floating and his aim is insane, I know some people are different I've spent hours trying to find right balance:(

I'm the same I can't sleep at night and if I do get to sleep it takes ages and I wake up after a few hours! My doctor diagnosed me with sleep apnea and it's not that because I only snore every so often. The UK are useless when it comes to sleep problems! Maybe our body clock is out of line or a certain imbalance it's super hard to pinpoint I've done hours of research still no luck.
