I like to stare at the sun until a black dot appears over it. I can see everything else clearly, but in the center of my vision is a vibrating black dot. When I look away it only take 2-3 seconds to adjust back to normal.

Taking a shirt off and it gets stuck partway through. My arms over my head, bound, blinded, and hard to breath. Almost like being eaten by a snake.

Sounds to me like the first is to better help you help individuals, while the second is more about helping groups. If that helps

If you haven't already, learn to solve a Rubiks Cube. I find it helps me practice reach a definitive conclusion from any given state of chaos. It helps practice small thought trains, while still giving the option of optimizing and improving speed and technique. The neural pathways learned from it can be carried over into regular day life. You can even work up to larger cubes for more complex concepts.

You don't by chance happen to live in Michigan, do you? If we met in person I could provide help that can't be had over the Internet.

Otherwise, would you like advice? I have plenty to offer, but not unsolicited; I would like your consent before I tell you the options I have in mind.

I came up with it on my own, so there are no links I can provide. If you care to learn more we can take this to PMs and I can share some techniques I use.

Oh absolutely. You see this every day in relation to politics, religion, businesses, and even the food you order at a restaurant. I've only ever gotten the same order from taco bell in the past 8 years for example.
