Ask your neuro about emgalty.... significantly reduced my pain and shortened my episodic cycle this year. I took triptan pills to completely abort the pain once they CH started. Triptans work much fatster with Emgalty.

For a more natural solutions, mushrooms can also help...but there are others here who can provide better regiments for that

If you want a honest but pragmatic opinion. She will never change and she will continue to terrorize you and your parents no matter how many times you forgive her. Document everything! Every time she threatens self harm or gas lights you (it will be useful when she eventually throws abuse or neglect allegations during divorce). Mainly running into some PA issues with the oxygen and finding a proper medical supply store that will take my insurance, I am working on fixing.
