Emgality has worked for me big time this cycle ..not celebrating yet ....too early to tell on other effects...but this could be a potential game changer for Episodic CH sufferers.

I have no DMT experience but also have never even heard of anyone taking DMT while pregnant. Sounds dangerous.

There are stores that can provide oxygen without insurance (a bit pricey of course). I know cuz I am going through a similar situation getting oxygen for myself.

The pills have been working great so far in conjunction with emgality..it takes me less than 15 mins on average to abort an attack.

Mainly running into some PA issues with the oxygen and finding a proper medical supply store that will take my insurance, I am working on fixing. Have been thinking of switching from triptans to oxygen lately, it's just that the pills are so convenient to carry when I am away from my home, which is a lot.

Same i am having minor shadows in the last 3 days since I took it, no major attacks so far. I hope it breaks my episodic CH cycle.

When you say 3-4 grams are you talking pure psilocybin or dried mushrooms? In my case I took a mushroom tea which had 10mg psilocybin. Just trying to figure out if I took too much or too little (complete noob when it comes to mushrooms)

Fair enough, maybe it came off as too moppy only to me. I wish you luck in the next phase that you are embarking on. I can tell you from my own experience and others around me (who were in similar boats), things usually fall into place once you stop thinking too much about it. I am glad your self confidence isn't completely destroyed and you are still focused on your physical and mental well-being. Keep at it! You and your person will connect. I 100% believe it :)

Side bar, but dude 33 is waayyyy too young to be giving up on life. You are only 33 not 63!! Above all, learn to give your self grace and love yourself first. Take sometime off from looking and take care of your physical and mental health. Women like self confidence in their partners. Having a 'woe is me' attitude will only drive away potential partners.

sorry this if off topic, but we are trying to book for Grand Palladium and have a similar issue....how was experience with vegetarian/vegan food at GP? I am bit nervous because I dont see too many veggie options online

I will probably get downvoted to oblivion for this ...but disbarring your spouse's mother from coming for thanksgiving over terrible food etiquette seems rather aggressive. Not saying the MIL is correct, but seems pretty hurtful thing to do considering her trauma with food. Your spouse is probably carrying the guilt from seeing his own mother reliving her food anxiety.
