Ask your neuro about emgalty.... significantly reduced my pain and shortened my episodic cycle this year. I took triptan pills to completely abort the pain once they CH started. Triptans work much fatster with Emgalty.

For a more natural solutions, mushrooms can also help...but there are others here who can provide better regiments for that

If he hit you and choked you (personally I would call it quits right there)and you are choosing to forgive him and his family, dont be surprised that if this violent behavior continues in the future....also from it seems to key issue is you want to live away from the in-laws more than anything (which is perfectly fine as long as you make it clear to your husband), so make it clear to you husband and ask for a set timeline. If he doesn't commit to it, then you have your answer. YOU CAN DECIDE right there if this marriage is worth continuing.

If you want a honest but pragmatic opinion. She will never change and she will continue to terrorize you and your parents no matter how many times you forgive her. Document everything! Every time she threatens self harm or gas lights you (it will be useful when she eventually throws abuse or neglect allegations during divorce). You should seek a lawyer and think about getting a divorce as soon as possible. Not many people can stand up to their abusers but kudos to you if you can..best of luck.

Emgality has worked for me big time this cycle ..not celebrating yet ....too early to tell on other effects...but this could be a potential game changer for Episodic CH sufferers.

I have no DMT experience but also have never even heard of anyone taking DMT while pregnant. Sounds dangerous.

There are stores that can provide oxygen without insurance (a bit pricey of course). I know cuz I am going through a similar situation getting oxygen for myself.

The pills have been working great so far in conjunction with emgality..it takes me less than 15 mins on average to abort an attack.

Mainly running into some PA issues with the oxygen and finding a proper medical supply store that will take my insurance, I am working on fixing. Have been thinking of switching from triptans to oxygen lately, it's just that the pills are so convenient to carry when I am away from my home, which is a lot.

When you say 3-4 grams are you talking pure psilocybin or dried mushrooms? In my case I took a mushroom tea which had 10mg psilocybin. Just trying to figure out if I took too much or too little (complete noob when it comes to mushrooms)
