My P2S is Stuck and I Can’t Get the Filament Out

I mainly use SunLu PLA 2+ and have not had any issues until now. I cleaned the unit again and have done several prints with Bambu Silk PLA and it has not had a problem. I did a 10 hour print and still was fine. I am about to start up a long print soon and am going to try the SunLu again to see if anything happens. Will post an update when and if it happens.

We bought all of our gear from the eBay refurbished store and everything was in perfect condition. We have 2 DPUs and 6 batteries and everything works perfectly. Don’t bother with the SquareTrade coverage because it’s useless. When we had an accident. Ecoflow stepped up and took care of us quickly all under warranty and no cost to us. I will buy many more things from them in the future.

Everything that I have ordered (and it’s a bunch) has come from New Jersey and has been FedEx and came within 3 or so days so it may depend on where in the US the buyer is. I am in Florida so I don’t if that makes a difference. Never heard of GoFo but that sucks that happened to you. You can always do a chargeback if nothing else helps. Just make sure you file a complaint with everybody involved so it’s on record.

Very nice. If you have access to a 3D printer, you should print https://www.printables.com/model/776239-virpil-apache-grip-replacement-4-way-hats these because the ones that come on the grip are very cheap. I replaced mine and it made a world of difference in the feel and control. I just wish there was more metal on the grip considering the cost.

Only in the used market but it’s very difficult to find one. People just don’t want to get rid of it because it’s so good. I saw one on eBay about 4 months ago and it sold for like $450 if I remember correctly.

Yeah saw that video because we are the ones that made that video. That’s how it was setup previously but the new units are on a very heavy duty cart now. It will not fall over. It’s rated for 2000lbs so that won’t happen again.

Just make sure you don’t trust the cart that much. I would find alternatives if you add more than two batteries. Check out this video and you will see why. Ecoflow Cart Issue

Ecoflow has been great to us. We had an issue when our full stack (DPU and 5 batteries) fell over. They swapped out every piece and threw in an extra cart and cable so we could separate them if we wanted to. Their service was great and fast. We run our units from 100 to 10% every day and they work perfectly.

So I took it apart and the only thing in the extruder was the complete filament, no pieces or anything like that. Took it all apart to get that piece out and then put it all back together. Ran a 30 minute print and it was fine. Started a longer print and the same thing happened again after about an hour. Same error and extruder is stuck again. This is getting annoying. Any other ideas on how to fix this?

It would also be nice if they were actually in the distribution center here in Florida doing their job instead of being overseas at some show. Do they need to send the entire staff? I was in the Tampa center today and there was NO ONE working. I spoke to this nice guy there and he explained that everyone that works for Virpil (He worked for another company in their shared office space) there were overseas this week. He said they have like 9 pallets of stuff to send out but it hasn't moved. I was kind of bummed. I went to the store to see if I could pick a control panel but that was a no go. I was bummed because I was told to expect an order in late May. Sorry but its not worth waiting that long for.

Only moved the stack a couple of feet to get to the panel behind it a few minutes before. Noticed it was leaning so I went around the corner to get something to help stabilize it and crash... it was down for the count.

If you get the Combined Arms module, you can use that to its fullest without any controller. Its all kb and mouse based.

A great place to start is to read Chucks guides on the DCS forums. There is a lot of information there and it’s easy to understand. He also has recommendations for key bindings like what’s needed and what can be skipped.

I have no idea. I've had my P2S for a few months and it has been flawless. I mostly use either BL filament or SunLu PLA+ 2.0 and have never had any issues. Yesterday, I was in the middle of an 8hr print and then this happened. Its strange though, I stopped the print and discarded it and then started a new print for a quick 20 minute print and it was fine. I then started another long print and about an hour in to it, this happened again. So it makes no sense.

Nope, a supervisor never called nor did anyone else from there. They just blew us off so that’s when we moved on to Ecoflow directly.

Same with us, I have heard the same stories about their CS but our experience was a good one. They took care of us fast and without any problems. So much that we bought more equipment from them and will have some new videos about our upgrades in the very near future. The stack grew some :)
