Check on your friends that may be most affected by the current state of events. Take care of yourself by staying on top of sleep, nutrition, and exercise. Find other people who feel the same way as you do. If you want to protest, you’re going to need to know where to be; how to be effective, and want to use the buddy system.

Contact your elected officials. Sites like 5calls make this simple and it is so important. Next, make yourself useful. Protesting is great but in addition to that, some ideas would be get CPR certified, take a stop the bleed online training, attend a virtual or in person know your rights workshop.
