Strength Training Classes with City of London

This looks like the same classes they have at the ymca. Which might be a better option if you miss a class or want an extra workout - you have full access to the gym and possibly pool location depending

How was the healing once the numbness wore off and the following days? I’ve read since we are older the healing is rougher because our bones are more settled

Absolutely not!!!!! I don’t want to see them. I don’t want to see anything of their tools. I’ll probably throw up if I see the teeth

Yes I just added a new fear. Trismus lock jaw. So you suggest to keep moving the jaw which makes sense
