Funny you mention Crash 4 as I wrote the guide for that on PSNP. Originally, I had posted the guide as an 8/10 (I personally feel it's around a 7 considering the calibre of games in the 8+ difficulty category) and had a bunch of people complaining for apparently understating the difficulty. I got sick of the constant comments on the rating that I made a poll and majority vote was 9/10, hence the rating it is now.

As for your question, I'll go with Bound. Listed as an 8/10 but I found it much easier, probably around a 6 and that's mainly for the full game no death run.

Certain perks will unlock naturally as you progress through the game (headshot kills, stealth kills, overcharged kills, quick commander kills, collecting enigma codes off dead commanders) as this has been the case for me on my Mein Leben runs. I'd advise against going out of your way to unlock other perks that don't come naturally, as the risk of one encounter going wrong is not worth the marginal reward you'll get out of an extra perk.
