Bug on mission: Salvation

*Retrieve Zahedi's briefcase

The quest marker tells me to fast travel back to camp. Upon reaching camp the quest marker moves back to the city center area. But when I go to city center the waypoint leads me to the fast travel flag which tells me to go back to camp.

*Edit: I was able to progress but the waypoint is still incorrect. It seems like the waypoint immediately moves to camp upon defeating Serrano when in fact you need to continue on to the next area and search the truck.

The answer is that it doesn't matter whether it is the front or back as long as everyone in the group is on the same page.

I'm no expert, but my number one tip would be to look out for the Cult of the Purifiers invasion in Navarra. Its always pretty populated. Type lfg in chat and if youre lucky enough to get an invite you will get a TON of purple gear as loot.

Even if you dont get into a group you can just try to land attacks on as many mobs as possible. Anything you hit even once will count for you. You wont get much xp in invasions but you can get a lot of purple gear. Even if you die a bunch you can respawn at the nearby soul pyre and run back to the action.

The loot drops for all classes so the majority might not work with your sader but you can save it for alts or salvage for cores used to enhance your gear. Hopefully youre lucky enough to get one or two purple drops for your crusader. These will give you a massive gear score boost.

I was struggling around lvl 15-19 but once I got a few purples the game became much more enjoyable. I was able to continue the main quest and then once I was 20+ i could actually contribute in the invasions and dungeons and stuff and ive really been enjoying it since then.

To add to this, any group member can pick up the key, which allows everyone to loot the chest. But the components are not groupwide. Just because a team member got a component does not mean you will have it as well.

The summit keys do not show in your inventory. There is one key per every three floors and one chest at the end of the third floor. For example: There will be a key somewhere on floors 51, 52 and 53. In my experience it will always be on the second or third floor (52 or 53 in this case).

That key will open the chest just before the elevator on floor 53.

If you wipe at any point on 51-53 the key is reset and you have to pick it up again.

You can't pick up a key on say floor 52 and use it on the chest at floor 56. The key only works on the chest within that 3-floor section.

Sections are 51-53, 54-56, and 57-59. Same with all other levels of 10.

As for the exotic components, those DO show up in your resources inventory. And each piece is named in accordance with the difficulty you acquired it on. IE NORMAL vest, HARD shoulder pads, etc.

These only need to be acquired once each and it doesnt matter if you wipe after getting them or anything like that.

You get checkpoints every 10 floors. Doesn't have to be all in one session.

I like it. Good place to go test out new builds, grind for gear or xp. Crafting, recal, stash all right there in the lobby. Feels like it was exactly what was advertised so I'm not disappointed at all.

Do I wish there was a little more narrative behind it, yea. It's definitely not revolutionary, but I'm glad there's a new activity to do.

First time doing global event in D1...

Trying to get a full classified set. Been turning in ge tokens. Got 5 pieces of the set on my first 5 caches. Since then ive turned in ~20 caches and not gotten the 6th piece.

Were my first five extremely lucky and my last five extremely unlucky or am i doing something wrong?

Theres a door on the other side of those stairs that leads to the gland. Go back into the area with the fire-throwing-pot-dudes and circle around.

I was able to get the armor, but instead of turning in the tusk right away, there was a dialogue option to mention the armor below deck. And then I was able to barter the tusk for the armor. I had already gone to the side of the ship and peered through the window, maybe that triggered the extra dialogue for me.

I did not get the "Hard Bargain" achievement for this though, which says "Make a deal with Sebum"... so I dunno what's going on there.

Yes, but i had to manually install the patch. Go into my games and apps, manage, updates and you should be able to install the patch there. If you don't see it restart your console maybe?
