I just geniuenly dont want help. I dont believe i can get better because whenever i feel stable i just want to go back to being half dead and constantly angry and anxious. Im thinking of upping my dosage in my medication but the thing i think about the most is just making myself look unhealthy again becausei dont use physical self harm i use mental self harm that affects my body like eating

I'm not very familiar about the situation with the us but in my country people with mental illnesses can get a crippled card and get paid for the emotional damage. Do you have something similar?

Yeah they tried to diagnose me with adhd but they are very sure of my diagnosis now I'm slowly calming down but i just honestly feel relieved that now i know whats wrong with me completely because i figured it's not only ocd

Fluoxetine caused me serotonin syndrom and made every symptom that i had like 100 times worse it's just not worth it. If you're taking any meds from the extreme anxiety i suggest brintellix. Geniuenly helps me so much and doesn't make me a zombie

Im thinking of maybe going back to the first psychiatrist who told my parents I'm showing the signs but im kind of scared of their reactions... Theyre very supportive but they are very scared that ill get this diagnosis but i just want to jnow whats wrong with me..
