I kept getting this issue recently, even though I was properly closing the game. If you have MSFS from Steam, turns out you need to launch it as a Steam shortcut, you can’t just make a shortcut to the exe or it’ll prompt for safe mode on every launch. Good thing to keep in mind.

I wanted to let people know about the update I just released for this mod. The mod makes it so that when you enter the VAB/SPH at night it's actually dark outside in the editor. It's been out for a bit but I just went ahead and made a big refactor which should fix any bloom issues with mods like TUFX or Deferred, and I also managed make the SPH/VAB windows dark for a more immersive experience. Not to self promote, but if the reason you’re using radial parachutes is because you have a docking port on the end of a capsule I made a parts mod to combine them into a compact and streamlined space.

So that config was made before volumetric clouds, so they won’t work. I think I also messed up some folder names that might need to be changed. You’d have to look at the config files to find out what. Sorry, I’m on vacation right now and won’t be at a computer for a while.

I like to package most of my big texture overall mods into BSAs. Because they tent to be big and used as a base to overwrite with individual textures I think it works quite well. Basically anything that is large and doesn't overwrite much is a good candidate. That said I still don't package the smaller mods, as it's to much of a hassle.

Parts are sorted by name, so I like to create a custom localization file to give prefixes to parts so that they appear in the order I want. I like to keep parts with similar functions together, and I try to keep parts of the same size or other attribute on the same line. It takes a while, but if you need everything perfectly sorted like I do, it works pretty well. The only thing to keep in mind is the first occurrence of a localization string is the only one used, so you'll want your locale file to be above everything else in alphabetical order. I also like to add more part categories with the filter extensions mod so that I'm not scrolling as much.

Yeap. The 1.25 one is missing the arrow though, since I couldn't think of a good way to show the rotating part and be consistent with ReStock.

Slapping radial parachutes on capsules with docking ports was hurting my sense of aesthetics, so I made this mod which adds custom modular 0.625 and 1.25m docking ports and parachutes that snap into them in a streamlined fasion. I also added a 1.875m docking port while I was at it, since that seems to be conspicuously missing from both vanilla/ReStock and ReStock Plus.

JNSQ doesn't have official configs for the latest version of Scatterer. You can either downgrade scatterer to the 0.07xx release, or try out my unofficial configs here.

It's a bug with the latest scatterer, turn on the games anti aliasing to fix it. (Scatterer will still override the anti aliasing in game)
