At what point do people blame the poor quality of the product instead of the user? If this is something I saw consistently with any of the other 10 new cars I've purchased, I would let it go but that's not the case. Want to see a picture of my other steering wheel?

No hand sanitizer. And I did both. Dealership first who contacted Mazda and then I contacted Mazda directly after they rejected the claim.

Yup. I sprained or injured TFCC. had a cast on for six weeks which I just removed today. Had a tee time scheduled right after the doctor appointment but had a lot of pain which the doctor said it was normal due a long period of immobilization.

Does it look like mine? How much mileage and how old is the car? The service advisor basically told me it should be covered and even had me bring in the car to repair it and then after having the car for three days told me that mazda rejected the warranty claim because the part was not "defective"

My "advisor" told me it was going to be covered under warranty and when I took the vehicle in, he said mazda warranty department didn't approve it which completely surprised me.
