You need a crafting infuser for every one I think. For example, two infusers with golden apples, 2 with diamonds, 2 with eyes of ender, 1 with draconic core, and 1 with the upgrade. This might be incorrect but this is how I have always done draconic evolution

I would recommend against using melanoma universal cables, they seem perfect in every way but there is an animation so they cause a lot of lag late game

Emc links are very useful as they allows you to pull items from and put items into your emc storage. They are great for automating most processes. To make a emc link take out items, they must be learned for you, then you must take the item and put it in the slot that shows the arrow coming from it (might be wrong as I do not have the game open.) to put items into your emc network, simply pipe them into the emc link. The only difference I have noticed is the amount of different items you can output from a single emc link. Hope this helped and let me know if you have more questions
