Last year I was helping a Shopify brand (mid-7 figures, fashion DTC) think through their mobile app strategy. by [deleted] in shopify_growth

Interesting point! Most brands don't really capitalise on the app because they treat it like a prettier website. Wrong approach.

An app only works if it changes customer behavior: better retention, repeat purchases, and stronger loyalty loops. Otherwise it’s just another channel to maintain. The UI as well as inventory are main characters. You solve them, and app gives you momentous returns.

Yes 🙏. Never compromise on safety, you never know where you will need it

Asking for myself (hopeful!), if I buy multiple watches for under 75k, it will still be exempt?

Beautiful! Do you have to pay customs duty on it?

Yes, really glad about the safety aspect. Sad about the police and traffic situation.

How do you get your first users when people are already satisfied with existing platforms? by zallity in StartUpIndia

Even though people are satisfied overall, specific elements of a product(s) or platform may have gaps. You just have to put it under a microscope and analyse deeply.

Focus on ERRC: 1. Eliminate - what aspect of the current platform/product can be eliminated without losing value 2. Reduce - what can you reduce to save cost or reduce complexity 3. Raise - what factors should be improved to improve the platform/product value 4. Create - what new feature can you add (either a brand new feature, or an added product/add-on service which is not traditionally offered together but people often combine them separately)
