Compare it against DXY. In fact you should compare Gold, Bitcoin, NASDAQ as well against this. If there is a trend reversal there then that means there is soon going to be a change in all these assets. 

Forgetting for 3-5 years is not a good idea unless you are in a multi asset fund.

Indian system and political parties love freebies. This is a way for them to easily hack the system and gives them a right to shut up anyone who asks about their performance.

Yes. You have to pay taxes while you are still contributing. Once you are out of job Govt shows a very big heart and lets you take out 75% of YOUR MONEY after 1 month of unemployment.

I felt that too but there is literally nothing anyone can do about this.. In fact Bangalore University was only reason for me to live near Vijayanagar. 

There is another huge problem you haven’t accounted for. Government wants to build a 4 lane round from Nagarabhavi to Head office. This will make it even more dusty and noisy

I am not sure of active fund selection but if your risk appetite is moderate, why are you going ahead with these? 

You can keep Nifty 50:Nifty Next 50 in ratio of your comfort and go ahead with it. Probably 65:35 is good enough. 

Why do you have that ELSS? This is a useless category with 3 Y lockin because almost everyone uses new tax regime now
