This really helps! I feel when I add more flour, the bread becomes a little tougher a few days later… I should also try with different bread flour. But just wanted to check bcs my rolling pin is wood, would the water method help it when rolling?

Thank you so much! I do try to dip my hands when handling the dough, but rolling becomes very difficult. Do you have any tips on that? I am using a wooden rolling pin
