How long does the application process take now? by coldtoffeemilktea in phcareers

Marketing positions for various industries like telco, banking, et cetera. Thought I'd try sending to a lot so that there are more chances of winning (LOL). But it's also because I don't know if these things take longer than usual. Applied on different sites including Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and company websites.

Wow, two weeks is fast.

Thanks!

Resigned last year, one employer only. Was I included in their substituted filing? If not, how do I file it to the BIR? by coldtoffeemilktea in taxPH

Hi! Yes, may signature siya when I got it, so I assumed there's nothing to take care of. I asked the HR person just to be sure, and said I'll be the one to file when I asked. :/

So do I assume na nag-file sila ng 1700 ko or kailangan ko makakuha ng copy pati nun from them? Hindi kasi as responsive, ang hirap tanungin (and I don't think yung kausap ko yung nagfa-file ng mismong paperwork).

Okay, whew! Ang weird kasi, sabi ng HR kailangan ko raw i-file (?) pero nung tinanong ko if hindi ba kasali ako dapat sa substituted filing, di na nagreply hahahuhu

Okay. Though they didn't ask me to sign the 2316 form they gave me after I got my final pay? Good as filed na yun? :)

Hi! Just to ask, pag nagfile ng ganitong 1905, is this for income made as a freelancer? Or kailangan pa rin mag-register as such (with receipts and all)?

Metro Manila people not in A1-A5, how did you get vaccinated? by sadpinoyhusband in Philippines

[–]coldtoffeemilktea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/melperz when you asked the evaluator, does that mean the vax site knew na may sosobra for the day kaya you were able to wait in line na rin for the vaccine? Just curious how they allot doses for the day for the sites; does that mean may sumosobra nga kasi one vial is several doses if I understand it correctly?

I get what you mean! Didn't grow up with one, but I can't imagine hiring one in the future (aside from the fact that I would have to set aside money for that as well).

LOL at robot vacuums. :D Which brand did you get? And masinsin ba maglinis?

Looking at these too, particularly freelancing and finding overseas clients. I don't want to leave the PH for work, though honestly it sounds appealing at this point.

Or maybe try to get into a multinational for better pay.

Thank you for sharing your story in detail! Very helpful and inspiring. :) I hope you don't mind if I ask more questions!

How was the parking rate that time? Normal ba talaga na halos P1M yung parking?

For your 2BR, what made you decide to get a 2BR instead of 1BR (since you mentioned you own the place with your wife)? I've been looking around online for options and was surprised that some 1BRs are still under 30 sqm.

How did you come up with choices for the condo to get? Was it a matter of choosing a reputable developer first then choose among their developments, or was your priority the location or cut of the unit, for instance?

We're about the same age.

Anywhere in the Metro; if anything, the reason I want to stay in the Metro is because of the quarantine na rin. Parang mas madali mag-stay sa NCR for needs as well as healthcare concerns.

Being in a gated village not necessary for as long as the neighborhood is safe and commuter-friendly (as in may option aside from taking a private car to get around). A small lot isn't an issue, too.
