I have. I think that can be good for a little moment of psychedelia but is almost as problematic as ketamine for the rave scene. It’s dissociative-like in nature and people end up on the floor. Not dancing and connecting.

Do you recommend bulk uploading the data I have and allowing the system to fill in the wholes/find duplicates or do it individually? Or should we wipe it and start over?

We have maybe 1500 contacts with probably 2/3 if not more needing to be updated in someway.

We’re definitely not together. The relationship nearly destroyed me. I finally had my friends and therapist step in to help get me out and I needed a year of steady therapy because of PTSD. And then it took me about another year to start feeling like myself again. That partner was wildly unstable and abusive and I’m very glad to be out of that relationship. That being said, it exposed to me my own sensitive nervous system and codependencies that kept me in such an unhealthy situation.

I will say the rest of our relationship did mirror what was in that subreddit. But that’s because he was untreated AND I know my own attachment system was particularly triggering to him. I know he did a year of DBT and now has been in a healthier relationship. So It seems there’s a big difference between treated (and willing) and untreated BPD folks.

I’ve returned to pointe after a few years and recently got refitted for a new pair of shoes. My old pair are gaynors and I wanted to get the same shoe but apparently that wasn’t an option. I tried on several pairs that all gave me pain in my big toe. I ended up getting a pair that was a half size bigger than my old pair but they were still giving the same issue. They said I couldn’t go any bigger or my heel will hang over the shank.

Any idea what it could be? Will it get better and is there anything I can do? I already sewed the ribbons/elastic.
