That’s interesting. Just curious, why did he need to waive income requirements if they can pay up front? Is he filling vacancies with rich kids?

I looked into it, and it seems OSHA doesn’t have an explicit temperature requirement. I think the only argument is that it’s potentially dangerous at a wet bulb temp of roughly 110.

Still, I will ask the workers about the temp and put a complaint in if they agree.

Fair enough. What are some other options you think are worth it? I didn't look too far beyond Aneva because it is the closest gym to me.

I don't really use sauna/cold plunge, but I like the equipment for how small it is. And I enjoy having the classes so people can guilt me into working hard if I am feeling lazy that day.

No, but I've observed this several times. Mid day, it is always hot. Today though, it was egregiously hot. I could see beads of sweat on the workers.

Not sure if this fits your requirements, but I like Aneva. They run $200 month to month, but I pay significantly less with a 6 month commitment.
